I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel located right in the center of town. The location is perfect, being near the train station and within walking distance to all the main sights of Chiayi. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with basic amenities, including a private toilet for bunk beds and a private bathroom for other rooms. I appreciated the attention to detail, with books and games provided in the rooms for guest enjoyment. Plus, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and a great start to the day.

I had a great stay at Light Hostel. The facilities were clean and modern, and the location was convenient. I especially loved the spacious common room and kitchen, although it wasn't very busy. I would definitely recommend this hostel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My Easter stay was okay. the room was relatively clean and had everything I needed. the location was great as it was close to a lot of restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly.

The noise from the bunk beds was unbearable. It seemed like every time someone moved, the whole bed creaked and squeaked loudly, making it hard to sleep.

The dorm rooms suffer from inadequate locker space that could be frustrating for travellers with larger backpacks or luggage.
